Installment Payments: Klarna (Available for eligible orders)
Gift Cards & Store Credit: PLUSHCITE-issued gift cards and store credit balances

  • All transactions must be completed in USD.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept cash, checks, or bank transfers for online orders.

2. Payment Security & Fraud Protection

  • We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your payment information.
  • Your payment details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
  • For high-value transactions, we may require additional verification to prevent fraud. This may include requesting a valid photo ID or additional security questions.
  • Any fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized use of a payment method may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

3. Klarna Installment Payments

We offer Klarna as an installment payment option, allowing customers to split their purchase into multiple payments.

  • Eligibility: Klarna installment plans are subject to approval by Klarna.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are automatically deducted from your chosen payment method as per Klarna’s terms.
  • Fees & Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional charges from Klarna. PLUSHCITE is not responsible for Klarna’s payment terms.

4. Order Processing & Payment Authorization

  • Once you place an order, your payment method will be charged immediately.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
  • Orders may be subject to additional security checks, especially for high-value purchases.

5. Payment Issues & Declined Transactions

If your payment is declined:

  • Check if your card details are correct (CVV, expiration date, billing address).
  • Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account.
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as they may have blocked the transaction.
  • Try a different payment method.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • If your order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund immediately.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

7. Sales Tax & Additional Fees

  • Sales tax may apply to orders based on your shipping location and local tax laws.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in our product prices.
