REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At PLUSHCITE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the guidelines below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@plushcite.com or call (610) 586-6134 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and send it to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If the refund does not appear in your account after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, we will process an exchange at no additional cost (subject to availability).
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund.
  • Exchanges are shipped out within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
